Xerta Restaurant is the gastronomic restaurant in Barcelona run by chef Fran Lopez, holder of 1 Michelin Star since 2009 at Restaurante Villa Retiro. Xerta Restaurant is an opened window dedicated to the cuisine of Terres de l’Ebre and is located in Ohla Eixample Hotel.
