Xerta Restaurant is the gastronomic restaurant in Barcelona run by chef Fran Lopez, holder of 1 Michelin Star since 2009 at Restaurante Villa Retiro and, since 2016, has been Michelin starred also in Xerta Restaurant. Xerta Restaurant is an opened window dedicated to the cuisine of Terres de l’Ebre and is located in Ohla Eixample Hotel.
Fran and Joaquim López
López brothers are in charge of the gastronomy of Ohla Eixample Hotel. Chef Fran López is in the cuisine of Xerta Restaurant and, Joaquim López, in business management. Both also lead the luxury Villa Retiro Resort.
We open holidays on 11, 24 and 25 September 2017 and Christmas holidays on 24, 26 and 31 December 2017 and 1 January 2018.
